About Concrete Polished

Concrete Polished will allow us to transform the simple and classic industrial flooring into an elegant, strong, practical and customizable surface.
We offer different types of polished concrete based on the budget or the final result you want to achieve.
Polished concrete at international level is considered a form of green and sustainable flooring, this is because it is the existing floor to be worked.
Furthermore, with the silicate treatment, the flooring becomes hydro / oil-repellent, in this way any oil leaks or polluting materials no longer penetrate the floor and underground, but can be collected and disposed of in the right way.
Materials such as resins or ceramics, applied over the floors have a great environmental impact, with high production, transport, application, maintenance costs and at the end of "life" they have a further damaging effect on the rooms with very high disposal costs.
Our workmanship, polished concrete, does not damage the environment because it is the already existing flooring that is worked and nothing is removed during the renovation.
Polishing produces a surface resistant to wear and scratches over time, hard, water repellent and non-slip.
The industrial floor in polished concrete is the cement that has been worked through a series of mechanical passages with the use of diamond inserts.
During polishing, the surface is tempered through a series of landscapes using progressively finer grinding tools.
Grinding tools are progressive industrial diamond grits made of binding materials such as metals / hybrids / resin.
This process also includes the use of a penetrating chemical known as hardener silicate. There are many types of silicates such as: sodium, potassium, lithium, magnesium fluorosilicate and colloidal.
The silicate / hardener penetrates the concrete and creates a chemical reaction to help harden and protect the surface.
Silicate does not make a film, so it is impossible to detach it from the floor because, thanks to the chemical reaction itself, it has become "floor".
Despite the brilliant appearance, the flooring is non-slip.

The advantages, Why Choose  Concrete Polishing

Polished concrete floors are very little maintenance, as they are more durable and easier to clean than many flooring options. For example, the black of the tires does not stick to the floor.
Furthermore, polishing is much quicker, in optimal conditions we produce up to 1000 square meters per day, which can be used immediately to forklift, trucks or employees.

Polishing eliminates the crumbling and crushing of the flooring. Reduces dust mites and allergen problems also does not support mold growth.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that highly reflective polished concrete reduces lighting requirements and enhances natural lighting.
Polished floors are resistant and do not splinter or dent like softer surfaces such as pvc, resin, tiles, etc.
Cleaning on polished concrete can be easily maintained with the use of clean water or neutral pH-neutral detergents.
No need to add wax because it could just dull the finish.

Polished floors have an extremely long life expectancy compared to other floors. For example, the two-component epoxy resin has a life span of 1 to 5 years beyond the fact that it peels easily, some tile floors can last only 10 - 15 years, but a polished concrete floor that has been properly maintained it can last more than 100 years.
